JavaScript conference enterJS 2023: The seven workshop dates have been set
The enterprise JavaScript conference enterJS will take place on June 21 and 22, 2023 in Darmstadt. More than 35 lectures in three tracks provide further knowledge about JavaScript and web development, from established tools like Angular to newcomers like Qwik and Astro. In addition, the face-to-face conference offers the opportunity to interact with people – for example at the evening get-together, which is followed by a night track with creative JavaScript application areas. In addition to the lectures, the organizers dpunkt.verlag, heise developer and iX Seven workshops to choose from: four on-site workshops and three online workshops.
Onsite workshops on Svelte, Next.js, A11y and RxJS for Angular
The enterJS 2023 program on June 21 and 22 in the Darmstadtium offers over 35 lectures on current topics from the JavaScript world. Interested parties can book one of four workshops on June 20, the day before the main conference. They take place on site as all-day events from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
If you want to use practical exercises to build web apps with Svelte and confidently use the JavaScript framework in your next project, then Nils Röhrig’s workshop is the right place for you. In order to immerse yourself in the React framework Next.js, in another workshop Sebastian Springer creates a full Next.js application with front and back end together with the participants. The web accessibility workshop by Tanja Ulianova and Matthias Reuter is also practical and deals with keyboard accessibility and semantic design, among other things. Angular developers should pay attention to Michael Hladky’s workshop: He shows how the program library for reactive programming RxJS can be used for Angular.
Online workshops on Nuxt 3, React and Lit
The dates for the three online workshops have now been set. They take place as full-day workshops from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Sebastian Springer will start on June 28 with a deep dive in React. The next day, Christian Ulbrich works on Lit, a JavaScript library for web components. Previous knowledge of Lit is not absolutely necessary. Getting started with Nuxt 3 on July 4th rounds off the workshop series at this year’s enterJS. There, Alexander Lichter enables the participants to develop and deploy an application with Nuxt 3.
The early bird discount continues
The early bird discount for the main conference on June 21 and 22 continues to apply until May 2nd: A ticket can currently be purchased for EUR 899 (all prices plus 19% VAT), after the early bird discount has expired for EUR 1049. Group discounts and combined conference and workshop tickets are also available in the online ticket shop. The price for a workshop ticket is 549 euros.
